Shipping: Most of our products are hand made to order at our manufacturing facilities in Thailand. Due to special procedures in international shipping we choose from among several shipping companies, depending on the shipping destination. In most cases we use Fedex or DHL.

Delivery Time: Orders will be ready to ship in 2 to 3 weeks after receiving your order and payment approval.  Once we made your order, we will email you a picture of your product for your approval.  It takes 7 to 10 days to ship from Thailand.

Returns Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit. No refunds are permitted. All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your shipment, and the products must be in their original condition, i.e. shoes must not have been worn and other products must not be in a used condition.
